iPhone 18 Pro Max brings up to 45 hours of battery life and a new camera system

Announced alongside the iPhone 18 Pro, the iPhone 18 Pro Max is Apple's largest and most powerful flagship. It shares the same design language as its smaller sibling but stands out with a bigger battery and the longest endurance in the lineup.

Like the 18 Pro, it features a triple 48MP camera system with the six-blade mechanical variable-aperture lens and the 2nm A20 Pro chip. But the Pro Max's biggest edge is battery life: it reaches up to 45 hours of video playback, one of the best figures in iPhone history.

Fast charging has also improved — over a wired connection, the phone can reach 50% charge in just 15 minutes, a welcome convenience for heavy daily use.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max ships in black, silver, glacier, and burgundy finishes, with storage from 256GB to 2TB. On the software side, it runs iOS 27 with an expanded Dynamic Island and Apple Intelligence features.

Pricing starts at $1,299 — $100 more than the standard Pro — in exchange for a larger display and significantly longer battery life.
